Format

• 3-Game Guarantee
• 8U (machine pitch)
• Team Awards:  1st & 2nd place teams
• Individual Awards: 1st & 2nd place teams

• C/Rec divisions play Softball C/Rec Rules
• Open divisions play Softball AB Rules

Fees & Refund Policy

• Team Fee: $525 
• 8U Fee:  $375 (use code SwingsSB26-8U)
• Registration closes August 29, 2026 or when capacity is reached
• No refunds after registration closes
• No Parking or Gate Fees, No Admin Fees, No Sanction fees, NO Insurance Needed
• Softballs provided

Rainout Policy

• Full refund if tournament is cancelled, No refund if two games are played, 50% refund if one game is played. PVT reserves the right to change the format in order to complete the tournament.
