Eligibility 

• 2025 Age Levels
• Open Divisions A/AA/AAA/Major
• 7U, 8U, 9U, 10U, 11U, 12U, 13U, 14U
• Online Roster Required

Format

• 3-Game Minimum
• 7U, 8U - Machine pitch
• Baseballs provided
• Team Awards: Trophies for 1st & 2nd place team
• Individual Awards: Rings for 1st place, Medals for 2nd place

Fees & Refund Policy

• Team Fee:  $595  ($575 Early Bird discount until January 1st)
• 7U/8U Fee:  $400 ($375 Early Bird discount until January 1st)

• No refunds after schedules have been run
• No Parking or Gate Fees, No Admin Fees, No Sanction fees

Rainout Policy

• Full refund if tournament is cancelled, No refund if two games are played, 50% refund if one game is played. PVT reserves the right to change the format in order to complete the tournament.
